1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Govern platform, services, or auditor inspection portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable GRC compliance mandates.
2. Platform Usage & License
AI Govern grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform, build compliance policies, map UCF controls, manage personnel identity rosters, and provision temporary auditor inspection access.
3. Audit Trail & Record Retention
To satisfy regulatory sampling compliance (e.g. AUSTRAC, FATF, ISO 27001), personnel identity roster records and compliance program audit logs are maintained non-destructively. Deactivating personnel or archiving programs soft-deletes records while preserving immutable audit logs.
4. Limitation of Liability
AI Govern provides automated GRC mapping engines and document generation tools. Customers remain solely responsible for verifying final policy accuracy and ensuring compliance with local jurisdictions.
