1. Data Ownership & Sovereignty
AI Govern acts as a data processor for customer compliance artifacts, UCF mapping matrices, and personnel roster data. Customers maintain 100% data ownership. We do not use your compliance documents or personnel identities to train public AI models.
2. Information Collection
We collect user profile metadata (name, business email, organization tenant ID), transactional ledger events, audit logs, and uploaded compliance evidence necessary to provide GRC platform functionality.
3. Encryption & Storage Safety
All document artifacts and database records are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256 encryption. Access tokens and time-bound auditor links are cryptographically signed.
